Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered or received.

Eligibility for Return:

The return must be initiated and the item(s) placed in the post within 30 days of the date your order is delivered or received.

The item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.

The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. This includes the packaging, instruction manual, product insert, and any other accessories provided with the package.

You must provide a photo of your item(s) prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

How to Initiate a Return: Please email customercare@prestigeoutback.com and include your Order ID and Return Reason to initiate your return.
Damages and other issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
